These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you and jiliif Casino governing your access to and use of the jiliif platform, all games, services, and features available thereon. You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law. Employees of jiliif, its affiliated companies, game providers, payment processors, and immediate family members residing in the same household are not eligible to hold an Account.
Each individual may hold only one jiliif Account. Registering multiple Accounts is prohibited. jiliif uses identity verification, device fingerprinting, and payment method monitoring to detect and close duplicate Accounts. Balances in duplicate Accounts may be forfeited.
Self-Exclusion: If you have previously self-excluded from jiliif or any PAGCOR-regulated platform, you must not attempt to create a new Account during your exclusion period. Doing so is a violation of this Agreement and applicable regulations. If you believe a self-exclusion error has occurred, contact support immediately.
To create a jiliif Account, you must provide a valid Philippine mobile number, date of birth, and a password. An OTP verification is sent to your registered mobile number to confirm ownership. Providing false information during registration is a breach of this Agreement and may constitute fraud under Philippine law.
PAGCOR regulations require jiliif to verify the identity of all Account holders before permitting real-money deposits, bets, or withdrawals. You will be required to submit:
jiliif will process KYC submissions within one (1) business day in most cases. Accounts with incomplete or failed verification are restricted to read-only access — no deposits, bets, or withdrawals may be processed until verification is complete.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTP codes with any third party. jiliif will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised Account access caused by your failure to keep credentials confidential. You must keep your Account information current and accurate at all times. Changes to your registered mobile number require identity re-verification. jiliif reserves the right to suspend an Account pending re-verification where inconsistencies are detected.
jiliif accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine-market payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), Banco de Oro (BDO), Metrobank, and USDT (cryptocurrency). All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) for fiat payment methods. jiliif reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at its discretion with reasonable notice to users.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱50 per transaction. Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the name of the jiliif Account holder. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be refunded to the originating payment method.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals for fully verified accounts are typically processed within three (3) to five (5) minutes of approval. Bank transfers are processed within Philippine banking hours on the same business day for requests submitted before the daily processing cutoff. jiliif reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where unusual activity has been detected.
jiliif does not charge transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals for standard PHP transactions. Payment service providers may independently impose their own fees, which are outside jiliif's control. USDT transactions may be subject to blockchain network fees at prevailing rates.
Accounts with positive balances that have been inactive for twelve (12) consecutive months will receive written notice via registered mobile number. If no response or activity is recorded within thirty (30) days of notice, unclaimed balances may be treated in accordance with applicable Philippine regulations on dormant accounts and PAGCOR guidelines.
Anti-Money Laundering Compliance: jiliif is legally obligated to comply with the Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) and related regulations. Large transactions, unusual deposit or withdrawal patterns, or activity inconsistent with a player's stated profile may be subject to mandatory reporting to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) without prior notice to the Account holder.
Each game on the jiliif Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface before play commences. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules. In the event of a conflict between specific game rules and this Agreement, the specific game rules prevail with respect to gameplay mechanics; this Agreement prevails with respect to Account conduct and financial transactions.
Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the jiliif system, it is final and binding. jiliif will not reverse confirmed bets except in cases of demonstrable technical error, game malfunction, or as required by PAGCOR regulation. Requests to cancel confirmed bets on the basis of changed preference are not accepted.
Each game and market displays the applicable minimum and maximum bet limits before play. jiliif reserves the right to modify betting limits at any time. Players who consistently exploit low house edge conditions, engage in progressive betting systems designed to circumvent limits, or otherwise use strategies that jiliif determines to be contrary to fair gaming principles may have their betting limits individually adjusted.
In the event of a verified technical malfunction affecting game outcomes — including but not limited to display errors, random number generation failures, or network interruptions causing incomplete game rounds — jiliif reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes to the originating Account. The decision of jiliif's technical team regarding malfunction determination is final, subject to PAGCOR review procedures where applicable.
Sports betting markets on jiliif cover Philippine Basketball Association (PBA), NBA, international football, UFC, boxing, and other sports and events as listed. Odds are subject to change up to bet confirmation. In-play betting markets close at the determination of jiliif's trading team. For events affected by abandonment, postponement, or result reversal, jiliif's sportsbook rules — published separately — govern the resolution of affected bets.

By creating an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy for the purposes of Account management, identity verification, regulatory compliance, responsible gaming monitoring, and service improvement. Withdrawal of consent may affect your ability to maintain an active Account, as some data processing is required by PAGCOR regulation.
jiliif does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times without interruption, error, or technical fault. Scheduled maintenance, unforeseen technical issues, regulatory requirements, or force majeure events may render the Platform temporarily inaccessible. jiliif will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled downtime where reasonably practicable.
jiliif is not liable for gambling losses incurred by players as a result of using the Platform. All bets placed are made at the player's own risk. jiliif reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Where an Account is closed for breach of this Agreement or prohibited conduct, jiliif reserves the right to forfeit some or all Account balances after satisfaction of any valid pending withdrawal obligations and deduction of any outstanding liabilities. Where an Account is closed for administrative reasons unrelated to player misconduct, the balance will be returned to the player via the registered payment method within a reasonable period.
You may close your Account voluntarily at any time by contacting jiliif's support team. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within three (3) business days. Any remaining balance will be returned via the registered payment method after standard KYC checks are completed.
This Agreement and all matters arising from or relating to your use of the jiliif Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.
In the event of a dispute between you and jiliif arising from or relating to this Agreement or your use of the Platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through jiliif's internal dispute resolution process by contacting the support team at the contact details set out in Section 16. jiliif will respond to formally submitted disputes within five (5) business days.
Where a dispute cannot be resolved through jiliif's internal process, the matter may be escalated to PAGCOR's Player Relations Unit in accordance with PAGCOR's published dispute resolution procedures. For matters not within PAGCOR's jurisdiction, the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
jiliif reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. Where changes are material, jiliif will provide notice via the registered mobile number associated with your Account and by posting a prominent notice on the Platform homepage. Non-material updates — such as typographical corrections, formatting changes, or clarifications that do not alter the substantive rights of players — may be made without specific notification.
The effective date of any amended Agreement will be clearly stated in the document header. Your continued use of the jiliif Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not accept any amendment, you must stop using the Platform and contact support to arrange the withdrawal of your Account balance and Account closure.
